Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
By signing up for Zora Athletics training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These
terms apply to all clients, including minors whose parents or guardians have consented on their behalf.
2. Training Services
Zora Athletics provides private baseball instruction, small group sessions, live at-bat analysis, and related
training services. Coach Art reserves the right to modify session structure, location, and scheduling as
needed.
3. Payment & Packages
All packages are paid upfront or through approved financing. Monthly Stripe payments are auto-billed on your
selected billing date. Payments are non-refundable once a package period has begun. Sessions do not roll over
beyond the package term.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
may be counted as used at Coach Art's discretion. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Assumption of Risk
Baseball training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By participating, clients and their
guardians acknowledge and accept these risks. Zora Athletics and Coach Art are not liable for injuries
sustained during training sessions.
6. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to maintain a respectful and professional attitude during sessions. Coach Art
reserves the right to terminate a training relationship with any client whose conduct is disruptive or
disrespectful, without refund.
7. Media & Likeness
Video and photo content captured during sessions may be used for coaching analysis and player development. Any
public use of a client's likeness requires separate written consent.
8. App Usage
Access to the Zora Athletics app is provided as part of your training package. App access may be revoked if a
client's package lapses or their account is terminated.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pima County,
Arizona.
