Zora Athletics ("we," "us," "our") provides the Zora Athletics app for scheduling training sessions, tracking progress, and communicating between coaches and clients. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you create an account and use the app, we collect:
We do not collect payment card information through the app. Payment (e.g. via Zelle) is handled directly between you and Zora Athletics outside the app.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your coach and any coach on a team you're assigned to can see your profile, booking history, progress, and messages you send them. Team chat messages are visible to other members of that team. We do not share your information with outside parties except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and backend hosting, and standard web push infrastructure to deliver notifications. These providers process data only as needed to provide the app.
Zora Athletics is a youth and adult sports training service. Where an athlete is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to create and manage the account, and to review this policy before doing so. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us — see our Support page.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
